PDK International Scholarships Available
Additionally, students can also apply directly to PDK International through an online application for additional scholarships that may be awarded beyond that awarded by the local UT Austin chapter. PDK International Educational Foundation awards more than 30 scholarships each year to prospective educators, with awards ranging from $500 to $2000. A one-page flyer is attached that you can post to your scholarship website and/or post where students can access it.
Applicants may apply for both the Chapter 12 scholarship and the International scholarship. Applicants for the International scholarship must be a member of Educators Rising, a free membership organization for high school students exploring the path to great teaching, even if there is no Educators Rising program at their school. The PDK International online application may be accessed at the following link: http://pdkintl.org/programs-re sources/scholarships-awards/pr ospective-educator-scholarship s/ . Information about free membership in Educators Rising is available at https://www.educatorsrising.or g/join-the-network/students .
